BuzzAPro is an online platform that connects clients with service professionals. We provide a marketplace for professionals to list their services and for clients to discover and contact them. BuzzAPro does not directly provide any professional services and is not a party to any agreements between clients and professionals.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You may not use another person's account without permission
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Professional Listings

Professionals who list their services on BuzzAPro agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about their services
• Maintain all required licenses, permits, and insurance for their profession
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Not engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. User Conduct

Users of BuzzAPro agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Violate any intellectual property rights
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to circumvent any security features
• Collect user information without consent
• Post spam or unauthorized commercial content

6. Payments and Fees

Subscription fees for professional accounts are billed according to the selected plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time with reasonable notice. Payment for services rendered by professionals is arranged directly between clients and professionals.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on BuzzAPro, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of BuzzAPro or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant BuzzAPro a license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

BuzzAPro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by professionals on our platform.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BuzzAPro, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws. You agree to waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits against BuzzAPro.
